Getting a good eight hours each night actually helps your body with weight, by getting a proper amount you aren't as stressed upon waking and you can actually accomplish more, which helps you burn off those calories.


4) Eat more fruit and veggies- Okay, so you don't like those fruits and veggies, but, think of what it can do for your body. You will have an increase in necessary vitamins that help your body burn off more fats. If you have a sweet tooth, reach for an apple or maybe a couple of nice strawberries. By taking care of your sweet craving with fruit, not only do you cut the craving but you give your body much needed vitamins.
